Refund policy

For any return request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, either by:

Please include the following information:

  • your order number,
  • the list of items you wish to return,
  • the reason for the return,
  • your full name,
  • your complete postal address,
  • your email address,
  • your phone number.

Once we receive your request, we will send you your prepaid return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund, after receipt and inspection of the items.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

  • Return from international destinations (or Switzerland): via Chronopost Express €19.99

Please note that:

  • return costs, including any customs duties or import taxes depending on your country, are not covered by our services and may also be deducted from the final refund.
  • Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold. Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
