You can pay for your order by credit card through our secure payment platform, or via PayPal.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can also track your order in your personal account under “My Account / My Orders".

You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to return one or more items.

To request a return, please send an email to hello@mouratoglou-apparel.com including the following information: your order number, the list of items you wish to return, the reason for the return, your first and last name, your full postal address, your email address, and your phone number.

Once your request has been received and approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund, which will be issued using the original payment method.

Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them and receive a refund.
