Win your Mouratoglou Apparel outfit
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND CONTEST DURATION
The Organizer, “Mouratoglou Apparel” operated under the name Mouratoglou Merchandise, intends to organize a contest titled “Win your Mouratoglou Apparel outfit” in which the winner will be selected by random draw according to the conditions defined below.
The contest will take place from Friday, April 4, 2025, to Sunday, April 6, 2025.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. The contest is free and open to anyone residing in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, with the exception of all persons involved in the creation of the contest.
2.2. Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.3. Participation is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions stated in these rules will render the participant’s entry null and void.
ARTICLE 3 – CONTEST PRINCIPLE / PARTICIPATION MODALITIES
This contest takes place exclusively via the QR Code on the flyer distributed by the Mouratoglou Apparel team at their stand at the Arènes de Nîmes on the dates indicated in Article 1. Each participant must meet the contest conditions to be eligible to win the prize.
To participate in the contest, internet access is required. Access to the contest is exclusively online. Each participant declares having read and understood the full rules and principles of this contest. To participate, each participant must:

Comply with these rules, particularly the requirements in Article 2.
The participant’s entry will be considered complete if both of the above conditions are met. Any incomplete participation or participation contrary to these rules will be considered null and void. Any incomplete, inaccurate entry or entry that does not comply with the rules will be null and void. Any form of fraud or attempted fraud, such as creating false identity information, will be null and void. The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate any entry that does not comply with these rules, including incomplete or illegible entries.
ARTICLE 4 – WINNER SELECTION
The Organizer will randomly select the winner from all participants.
A draw will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025.
Once selected, the winner will be contacted by the Organizer via email.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
The randomly selected winner will receive: A complete Mouratoglou Apparel outfit.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DELIVERY AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The Organizer will contact the winner exclusively by email to inform them of the steps to follow to collect the prize. No notification will be sent to non-winners; only the winner will be contacted. The winner must respond within 3 days of the email being sent and provide their full contact information. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize and receive no compensation. In this case, the prize will be awarded to an alternate selected during the same draw. The winner must comply with these rules. If they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will revert to the Organizer. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details, or the honesty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration or false identity/address will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The prize must be used during the indicated period according to the terms communicated later to the winner. Additionally, if the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize for any reason, they reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value, which all participants accept.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if they are unable to contact the winner, nor in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the prize during delivery. The Organizer is not responsible for any errors regarding names, addresses, or contact details provided by participants.
Furthermore, the Organizer disclaims any responsibility for incidents that may occur during the use or enjoyment of the prize, especially if it is used by a minor, which remains the full responsibility of a legal guardian. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the contest if necessary, without incurring any liability. Any modification will be posted online and sent free of charge to anyone who requests the rules in writing, in accordance with Article 10. The Organizer is not responsible in case of technical malfunction preventing access or smooth operation of the contest, especially due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or similar methods to participate automatically is prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if any form of fraud is detected, especially computer fraud in the context of participation or winner selection. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the prize to the fraudsters and/or to take legal action.
ARTICLE 8 – COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the Organizer, acting as data controller, collects personal information such as name and surname provided by participants.
By participating in the contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer under the following conditions.
Personal data collected will only be used to manage, administer, and promote the contest, particularly to: Contact the selected winner to deliver the prize.
The legal basis for data collection and processing is the legitimate interest of the Organizer in awarding the prize.
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to administer the contest and deliver the prize. They will be deleted once these objectives are met.
Data will be communicated only to the following recipients: marketing, sales, and operations departments.

If the participant believes that their rights have not been respected, they may file a complaint with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 9
These rules are governed exclusively by French law and the competent French courts.
