UTS X Mouratoglou Apparel

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The Organizer, “Mouratoglou Apparel” operating under the name Mouratoglou Merchandise, wishes to organize a contest titled “Ready for the show? 10 tickets to win!” whose winners will be selected by random draw according to the conditions defined below.

The contest will take place from Tuesday, March 18, 2025, to Friday, March 28, 2025.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The contest is free and open to anyone, residing in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, excluding all individuals involved in the development of the contest.

2.2. Participation in the contest implies the irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

2.3. Participation in the contest is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per participant.

2.4. Failure to comply with the participation conditions outlined in these rules will result in the invalidation of the participant's entry.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF THE CONTEST / PARTICIPATION METHODS

The contest will take place exclusively on the social network Instagram on the Mouratoglou Apparel and UTS Tour accounts from the dates mentioned in Article 1. Each participant must meet the contest conditions to have a chance to win the prize.

To participate in the contest, participants must have access to the internet. Participation is exclusively via the internet. Each participant declares they have read the full rules and understand the principles of the contest. To participate, each participant must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Have an Instagram account
  • Adhere to these contest rules, particularly the requirements in Article 2.

A participant's entry will be considered complete if both of the above conditions are met. Any incomplete or incorrect submission, or one that does not comply with these rules, will be considered null and void. Any form of fraud or attempted fraud, such as submitting false identity information, will result in disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate any entries that do not comply with these rules, including incomplete or illegible submissions.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The organizer will select the winners by random draw from all participants.

The draw will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025.

Once the 5 winners have been drawn (2 tickets per winner = 10 tickets total), they will be contacted by the organizer via DM.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The winners drawn will receive the following prize:

  • 2 tickets for UTS Nîmes for either the Friday, April 4th session or the Saturday, April 5th session. The date choice will be made by the organizer.

ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DELIVERY AND USAGE METHODS

The contest organizer will only contact the winners via DM and inform them of the steps to follow to claim their tickets. No communication will be sent to participants who did not win, and only the winners will be contacted. Winners must respond within 3 days of receiving the DM and provide their full contact details. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, they will forfeit their prize, and no compensation will be offered. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a runner-up chosen during the same draw. Winners must comply with these rules. If it is found that they do not meet the eligibility criteria, their prize will be forfeited and retained by the organizer. Participants authorize all checks regarding their identity, age, contact information, or the integrity of their entry. Any false declaration or incorrect contact details will result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to the organizer. The prize must be used within the given period according to the terms communicated to the winner. Additionally, if the organizer is unable to deliver the prize to the winner for any reason, they reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

The organizer is not responsible for being unable to contact the winners, nor for any loss, theft, or damage to the prize during delivery. The organizer is also not responsible for any errors in the name, address, or contact details provided by participants.

Furthermore, the organizer declines responsibility for any incidents arising during the enjoyment or use of the prize, including any incidents involving minors, who remain under the full responsibility of their legal guardians. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, defer, or cancel the contest, without liability. Any changes will be posted on the Website and provided to any participant who has requested the full rules.

The organizer is not liable for any malfunction preventing access to or the proper operation of the contest, especially due to external malicious actions. The use of robots or similar methods to participate mechanically or in any other way is prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification. The organizer reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest if fraud is suspected, particularly in relation to the participation process or the selection of winners.

ARTICLE 8 – COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, as amended, and European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the organizer, as the data controller, collects personal information such as name and surname from contest participants.

By participating in the contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the organizer in accordance with the following provisions.

The personal data collected will be used by the organizer solely for the purpose of managing, administering, and promoting the contest, including:

  • Contacting the winners for prize delivery.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of data is the legitimate interest of the winners.

The data will be retained for the duration of the contest and prize delivery and will then be deleted.

Data will only be shared with the following recipients: marketing, commercial, and operational services.

Participants may access their data, correct it, request deletion, or exercise their right to limit its processing by contacting the data protection service at rgpd@mouratoglou.com or by mail at 3550 Route des Dolines, 06410 Biot.

If a participant believes their "Informatique et Libertés" rights are not respected, they may file a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 9

These rules are governed exclusively by French law and the competent French courts.
