UTS X Mouratoglou Apparel

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The Organizer, “Mouratoglou Apparel,” operating under the name Mouratoglou Merchandise, intends to organize a contest titled "UTS New York X Mouratoglou Apparel Contest," in which the winners will be selected by a random draw, according to the conditions defined below.

The contest will take place from Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to Monday, August 19, 2024.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The contest is free and open to anyone, residing in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, excluding all individuals who participated in the creation of the contest.

2.2. Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

2.3. The contest is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the contest is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.

2.4. Failure to comply with the participation conditions set out in these Rules will result in the participant’s entry being void.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF THE CONTEST/PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

This contest takes place exclusively on Mouratoglou Apparel’s Instagram and Facebook social media platforms on the dates indicated in Article 1. Each participant must meet the contest conditions to have a chance of winning the prize.

To enter the contest, an internet connection is required. Access to the contest is exclusively online. Each participant declares that they have read the complete rules and principles of this contest. To enter the contest, each participant must meet the following conditions:

  • Own an Instagram or Facebook account.
  • Comply with these contest rules, especially the requirements mentioned in Article 2.
  • Register via the contact form.

The participant's entry will be considered complete if the three points mentioned above are cumulatively fulfilled. Any incomplete participation or participation in violation of these rules will be considered void. Each participant may only enter once. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entry with these rules will be considered void. Any form of fraud or attempted fraud, such as creating false identity information to enter multiple times, will be declared void. The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the contest any entry that does not comply with these rules, including any incomplete or illegible entry.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will select the winners by a random draw from among all participants.

A draw will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Once the winner is selected, they will be contacted by the Organizer via newsletter.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The randomly selected winner will be entitled to the following prizes:

  • 🎫 Minimum of 2 Category 1 tickets
  • 2 VIP terrace tickets
  • 🧢 A complete Mouratoglou Apparel outfit
  • A meet and greet with a UTS player
  • 🎾 A coaching session with Patrick Mouratoglou

Mouratoglou Apparel will contact the winner to confirm the desired sizes.

ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DELIVERY AND TERMS OF USE

The contest Organizer will contact the randomly selected winner only via newsletter and will inform them of the steps to follow to claim their prize. No correspondence will be sent to participants who did not win; only the winners will be contacted. Winners must respond within two weeks of receiving this email and provide their complete contact details. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of the email being sent, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, prize, or substitute. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to an alternate selected during the draw for the relevant session. Winners must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded and will be retained by the Organizer. Participants thereby authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, contact details, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. Any false statement or false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the forfeiture of the prize to the Organizer. The prize must be used within the specified period according to the terms and conditions communicated to the winner. Moreover, if the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize to the winner, for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, which all participants agree to.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable for the inability to contact the winner, as well as for the loss, theft, or damage of the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors concerning the name, address, and/or contact details provided by the participants.

Furthermore, the contest Organizer disclaims all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or its use and/or its consequences, particularly in the case of a minor enjoying a prize, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, defer, or cancel the contest without its liability being engaged. However, any modification will be subject to an amendment that will be posted online on the website and sent free of charge to anyone who requests the rules in writing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 below. The Organizer disclaims all responsibility in the event of a malfunction preventing access to and/or the proper conduct of the contest, particularly due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing participation in the contest in a mechanical or other manner is prohibited, and violation of this rule will result in the final disqualification of its perpetrator and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, including computer fraud, during participation in the contest or the determination of winners. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to take legal action against the perpetrators of these frauds.

ARTICLE 8 – COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the Organizer, in its capacity as data controller, collects personal information such as the name and surname provided by the contest participant.

By participating in the contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer under the following terms.

The personal data collected in the context of the contest will be used by the Organizer solely for the management, administration, and promotion of the contest, specifically to:

  • Contact the selected winner for prize delivery.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of data is based on the legitimate interest of the selected winner.

The personal data will be retained by the Organizer for the duration necessary for the administration of the contest and the delivery of the prize. They will be deleted once these objectives are achieved.

The data will be communicated only to the following recipients: marketing, commercial, and operational departments.

Each participant may access their data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise their right to restrict the processing of their data by contacting the service responsible for requests by email at rgpd@mouratoglou.com or by postal mail at 3550 route des dolines 06410 Biot.

If the participant believes, after contacting the Organizer, that their "Data Protection" rights are not respected, they may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

ARTICLE 9

These rules are governed exclusively by French law and the competent French courts.
